Responsable de grupo

Who is the "group manager"? Yeah right...lol.

Here we visited the cathedral in Seville and it was a fantastic view from the top of Giralda.

To the left you see a part of the tomb of Columbus, inside the cathedral.

Chat with the oldies. Sweet women!

On Guadalquivir with kayak. This photo is taken just before the water war.

Here you can play waterbasket. If you try you get 100% wet...

Relax on a bar in the river.

Cordoba

On tuesday we went to Cordoba. It was 120km with bus from Seville. Here we vistited La Mezquita, from the beginning a moorish mosque, built 785-787 AD.

Impressive architecture!

Small alley...really picturesque.

Near by Cordoba are remains from a huge palace...400 rooms. It was a gift to a princess.

Once upon a time...

Here start the story when Fenix went to Spain. The 27th of september we took the bus to the airport in Copenhagen, Kastrup. It was a cold and grey day and all of us were full of expectation.

In Madrid we had to change flight.

A lot of hugs and happy faces.

And here are all the students.
My english is not so good but I hope you understand.

Vilken rolig vecka! Qué semana más divertida!

A little about the whole week
On Monday and Tuesday we didn’t know the Spanish people very well but on Wednesday and the rest of the week we really became good friends and on the last day, Monday, it was really hard to say goodbye to them, even though we knew that we were going to meet them again in September. All the Spanish boys and girls were nice and pleasant; they were happy and always ready to do something and they were never tired. That’s why the whole school became very quiet after they were gone and we really miss them a lot and can’t just wait till September. In Stockholm we had so much fun and especially on the way home when all Spanish danced and sang Las Ketchup – Asereje and La Ramona, te quiero! : D haha we also learned some “good” words in Spanish and we taught them some “good” and useful words too.
I think this trip helped us Swedish so much with the Spanish language. We learned so many words and the Spanish taught us everything they could. They also spoke in Spanish with us; even if we didn’t understand them. They also forced us to make an account on the website tuenti which is good for us to learn more Spanish such as comment word that we might need when we go to Spain.
I want to thank you all for this wonderful week, hope you enjoyed your trip to Sweden!
Hasta luego! Adiós!

Photos from Stockholm

We spent the Saturday in the capital of Sweden, Stockholm. We left Skillingaryd and Vaggeryd by bus early in the morning. The trip went fine. We ate our lunch pack and watched the Simpsons. We arrived in the beautiful, but today very windy Stockholm by lunch time. I think that many of us wished that we had brought a warmer jacket.
First we payed a short visit to Storkyrkan and the sculpture of Saint George and the dragon. After that we saw the changing of the guard at the castle courtyard. We took a stroll in the old town and the spanish guys bought souvenirs and gifts for their families. At two o’clock a ferry boat took us to Djurgården. We went to Skansen where we saw lots of animals, both foreign and national. After a guided tour to some of the old buildings we walked back into town. We ate dinner at a very good asian restaurant at Grevturegatan. That was very nice. At 9.30 p.m the bus left Stockholm and we started our journey home. The spanish people took care of the entertainment but after a while, most people in the bus became quiet and fell asleep.
